I'm pretty sure it's just like all the other car packs. Once you download it, it just adds it to the list of cars that you can buy. Go to the car buying section and it should be there under Nissan. No specific races need to be won, you just need in game credits.

I'm really looking forward to this game, I thought I finished with racing games after I saw how much N4S Pro Street sucked but this looks amazing
