I am guessing that you have not read the Nissan Altima Owner’s Manual. If you had, you would have found this.
Technical and consumer information Section 9
E.85 fuel E-85 fuel is a mixture of approximately 85% fuel ethanol and 15% unleaded gasoline. E-85 can only be used in a Flexible Fuel Vehicle (FFV). Do not use E-85 in your vehicle. U.S. government regulations require fuel ethanol dispensing pumps to be identified by a small, square, orange and black label with the common abbreviation or
the appropriate percentage for that region CAUTION Your vehicle is not designed to run on E-85 fuel. Using E-85 fuel in a vehicle not specifically designed for E-85 fuel can damage fuel system components and is not covered by the NISSAN new vehicle limited warranty.
You seem like the adventurous type, so I feel that you should go for it! Use E85, then you can start a thread about repair costs not covered by the Nissan warranty.

burned pistons/rings, blown head gasket, melted valves, plugs burned and seized to head, and not to mention what it would do to you exhaust.

youre right i didnt read the owners manual
i was suggestiong this idea since other drivers do this type of modification for example the mitsubishi evolution do this to their cars.
as fas as warranty goes i really dont care since my car is modified anyways.
As far as damage to internals, i already know about that u need to upgrade the fuel pump, injectors and the pistons are not required

do they even have the mods to convert altima's over to e85? then you have to think... how many gas stations carry e85 in california...

idk which area you live on but around here its actually common to find stations for E85. and you could switch from E85 to regular gas with a map switch. im doing furter research on map switching and ill definitely attempt to do this in the future since im the adventurous type lol
in all seriousness, ill be contacting the company Looney Tunes to see if they could work on my car

It will eat your gaskets and rubber pieces, it can be done, but you are going to need to change a ton of parts, plus you get worse mileage and worse HP (typically), this based off a Flex Fuel Titan

anything can be done but ethanol love to eat rubber and plastic and i believe it burns cooler so the problem is not heat if not corrosion form the ethanol to go about it
you must replace all the plastic in the system to something that is not affected by alcohol. fuel lines also must be replaced with alcohol proof hoses and then you would have to tune the carp out of it cause gas a/f ratio is much different the e85 ratio the car would run lean as heck and in ths\at case burn out

e85 requires roughly 25-30% more fuel. and ive seen lots of people running it on rubber hoses and the hoses and injectors are fine. but you may want to change the lines anyway since ur going through all this trouble. youll need a good pump that is e85 safe. proper size injectors. and proper tuning for it to run right. in the end it really isnt worth going to e85 unless your going for big power(boosted) or trying to save the planet

im already going turbo within a month just to make it clear this is why i wanted to run E85 with turbo to get the increase in power.

If you are getting turbo'd ask your tuner if they know how instead of asking here.
